With over 15 years of military service, Ray brings discipline, integrity, and focus into every client relationship. He understands that every family and individual comes with different goals, timelines, and priorities, and he believes each deserves the same level of care, attention, and respect. By truly listening and staying focused on what matters most, Ray works to make the buying and selling process as clear, steady, and supportive as possible.
As a parent of four, Ray has firsthand insight into what families look for in a home and the importance of finding a space that supports both everyday life and future growth. Raised in northern Denver and a Greeley resident for nearly a decade, Ray has deep local roots and a strong understanding of Northern Colorado communities, lifestyle, and housing markets.
Ray is committed to continuous growth and is currently furthering his education through Aims Community College and CSU Global, always looking for ways to better serve his clients. Outside of real estate, he is passionate about fitness, aviation, and Jiu Jitsu — pursuits that reflect his resilience, focus, and perseverance. Whether supporting his kids’ hobbies or guiding clients through their real estate journey, Ray brings the same dedication and follow-through to everything he does.
