To her, helping someone find their first home, their forever home, or their next chapter is one of the most meaningful things she can do. With a background as a fleet mechanic, Chelsea built her career around precision, problem solving, and showing up when it counts. She carries that same committed, service-first mindset into every client relationship, and her clients can count on her to communicate clearly, follow through consistently, and never leave them guessing.
Chelsea is known for being loyal, easy to talk to, and genuinely invested in the people she works with. She grew up watching HGTV with her mom and fell in love with the idea of helping people find a place that truly feels like home. That dream never went away, and becoming an agent in April 2026 was the natural next step.
A Colorado native born and raised in Loveland, Chelsea has spent her whole life rooted in Northern Colorado. She moved to Milliken in 2025 and quickly fell in love with the community she now calls home. She and her partner bought their first home in 2024, so she knows firsthand what that milestone feels like and how much it matters to get it right.
Outside of real estate, Chelsea serves on both the Milliken Festival Committee and the Johnstown BBQ Day Committee, and she is a supporter of Avery’s Light. She loves being woven into the fabric of the communities she serves. When she is not working, you can find her behind a camera, at a race track, or spending time with her two corgis, Sophie and Archie.
