Operations & Community Support Coordinator
Sarah Kinzer serves as the Operations & Community Support Coordinator at Tallent Co. Real Estate, bringing together her love for people, community, organization, and getting things done behind the scenes. A Colorado native and graduate of the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in Political Science, Sarah has deep roots in Northern Colorado and a heart for making the communities around her better. In 2022, she and her mom opened Pig & Pie Pantry, which they continue to own and operate together today alongside Sarah’s role at TCRE. Through Pig & Pie, Sarah has built a business rooted in hospitality, creativity, and bringing people together which are values that fit beautifully with the heart behind TCRE. She also serves on the board of the Johnstown-Milliken Community Foundation, furthering her commitment to caring for and investing in the community she calls home. At TCRE, Sarah helps keep our day-to-day operations moving while supporting the events, partnerships, and community initiatives that are such an important part of who we are.
Outside of work and Pig & Pie, Sarah is happiest with her husband, Bryce, their son, Briggs, and their two dogs, Lottie and Beans. She’s a football fanatic-GO BRONCOS!-an audiobook connoisseur who could happily talk books for days, and a self-proclaimed total bread head. Her love of sourdough runs deep enough that she and her mom teach baking classes at the Johnstown and Milliken libraries, sharing something they love with the community around them. Whether she’s organizing something behind the scenes at TCRE, working at Pig & Pie, serving her community, talking about her latest audiobook, or sharing a loaf of freshly baked bread, Sarah brings warmth, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to care for the people around her.
