Erin Gilmartin brings 10 years of real estate experience and a genuine passion for helping people navigate some of life’s biggest transitions. After building a successful, relationship-driven business in Wyoming, Erin is excited to expand her real estate career into Colorado while continuing to serve the Wyoming clients and community she loves. Her experience spans residential real estate, first-time homebuyers, investment properties, vacant land, and commercial real estate, and she holds both the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations. Erin especially loves working with clients who value education, guidance, and having someone in their corner throughout the entire process. Having built her business alongside her dad, Marc, who has more than 30 years of experience, Erin brings the knowledge of nearly 40 years of combined real estate experience to the clients she serves.
Erin lives in Johnstown with her husband of 14 years, Jeremy, and their 11-year-old son, Taylor, and she is excited to continue putting down roots in the Northern Colorado community. Outside of real estate, you’ll find her camping with her family, heading to the race track, hosting friends and family for game nights, taking road trips, or catching a live concert. Her family also shares a love of classic cars, including their beloved 1965 Mustang, “Doc,” with a 1975 Chevy Stepside next on the project list. At the heart of everything Erin does is a love for people, relationships, and community. She believes real estate is about far more than houses because it’s about helping people feel comfortable, confident, and cared for as they move into whatever chapter comes next.
